Biographical Sketch: Rachel Sacks, MPH is the Manager for Early Childhood Development Initiatives at the Illinois Chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics. She spearheads the collaborative effort you will hear about today to integrate the national health promotion initiative Bright Futures and its evidence-based guidelines into Illinois Medicaid and CHIP program policy. Ms. Sacks holds a Masters in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
