Biographical Sketch: Marcella Thompson is State Agency Liaison for Brown University’s Superfund Research Program and Assistant Professor, Adjunct at University of Rhode Island’s College of Nursing. She has 30 years’ experience in clinical, corporate and academic venues. She is a board certified safety professional and occupational health nurse specialist. Dr. Thompson is a Fellow of the Academy of American Occupational Health Nurses and was named one of 100 women making a difference in health, safety and environment.
