Biographical Sketch: Paul Branscum is currently a third year doctoral candidate at the University of Cincinnati, studying Health Promotion and Education. His background is in nutrition, as he is a registered dietitian, and received his bachelors and masters degrees in Nutrition from the Ohio State University. His research interests lie in the area of childhood obesity, and assessment.
