Biographical Sketch: Douglas Bruce, PhD, MSW is Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Sciences and Master of Public Health Program at DePaul University. He uses mixed methods in his behavioral research of gay men's health and evaluation of HIV education, prevention and treatment programs, and has extensive experience in stakeholder-based models of evaluation and quality assurance.
