Biographical Sketch: Dr. Marie Tarrant is currently an Associate Professor in the Dept. of Nursing studies at The University of Hong Kong. Her major research interests are maternal and child health, specifically influenza in pregnancy and infant feeding. Her research has focused on the uptake of pandemic and seasonal influenza vaccines among pregnant women and on factors which increase the exclusivity and duration of breastfeeding in Hong Kong.
