Biographical Sketch: Sheelah A. Feinberg Executive Director, NYC Coalition for a Smoke-Free City Prior to her current position, Ms. Feinberg conducted successful advocacy campaigns in Boston, MA, and in New York, NY, covering the policy areas of economic self-sufficiency, parks development, and public health. Ms. Feinberg served in the Clinton Administration in the White House,in the office of Presidential Personnel. She holds an MA from Saint Michael’s College and a BA from Goddard College.
