Biographical Sketch: Naphtali Offen is a long-time tobacco documents researcher at UCSF. His area of expertise includes tobacco industry influence on the U.S. military, anti-tobacco campaigns that focus on the tobacco industry and tobacco industry targeting of the LGBT community. He is the president of CLASH, the Coalition of Lavender-Americans on Smoking & Health, the first organization to address the high rate of tobacco use in the LGBT community.
