Biographical Sketch: Pamela Jo Johnson, MPH, PhD is a Senior Research Scientist in the Center for Healthcare Innovation, Allina Hospitals & Clinics and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Epidemiology & Community Health, University of MN. Her research emphasizes methodological issues in health disparities research; access to healthcare; integrative medicine/healthcare; and American Indian/Alaska Native health. She is currently leading Allina’s healthcare equity research efforts with an emphasis on disparities in potentially avoidable hospital care.
