Biographical Sketch: Thomas Wickizer received a BA degree from Northwestern University and received MA, MPH and PHD degrees from the University of Michigan. From 1989 to 2009 Dr. Wickizer was a member of the faculty at the University of Washington School of Public Health. In 2009, he joined the faculty at the College of Public Health as the Stephen F. Loebs Professor of Health Services Management and Policy. Dr. Wickizer’s research has included outcome evaluations and economic studies of substance abuse treatment. Most recently, he has been a lead evaluator for the Washington State SBIRT program evaluation and the ATR evaluation.
