Biographical Sketch: Diane Brandt PT, MS, PhD is a protocol manager in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the National Institutes of Health, Clinical Center. She earned a PhD from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in political science, specializing in health policy. Research interests include social welfare/health policy and implications for vulnerable populations; and, geospatial implications of policy outcomes. She served as designee liaison to the American Physical Therapy Association for the Mobility Chapter of the ICF Clinical Manual.
