Biographical Sketch: After his Health Care Management study at University of Applied Sciences Zwickau, Germany, he joined University of Dresden and received a master’s degree in Public Health. While doing his doctoral work, he conducted research on health care quality and outcomes and is lecturer in training programs for physicians in the field of hospital remuneration. Complementary to his educational training, since 2007 he is responsible for quality and organizational management in a private health care organization.
