Biographical Sketch: Yolanda Davila is a Professor and holds the Odelia Brown McCarley Professor of Nursing Endownment at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.Her program of research and educational focus is health disparities among vulnerable populations. Dr. Davila's work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at local, state, national, and international conferences.
