Biographical Sketch:
MaryCatherine Arbour, MD, MPH, Associate Physician for Research, Division of Global Health Equity, Brigham & Women's Hospital. She conducts research on child development in resource-poor settings, including an RCT of preschool intervention Chile and post-disaster research in post-tsunami Indonesia (2005), post-earthquake Haiti (2010),and post-earthquake Chile (2010). Dr. Arbour holds a BA in Biological Anthropology from Swarthmore College, an MD from Harvard Medical School and an MPH from the Harvard School of Public Health.
