Biographical Sketch: Malcolm Williams is a Policy Researcher at the RAND Corporation. His research interests include racial and ethnic disparities in quality and access to care, vulnerability to public health disasters, urban religious congregations’ capacity for HIV prevention and care, and corrections. Dr. Williams received a PhD in health policy from Harvard University.
