Biographical Sketch: An infectious epidemiologist and program manager, Dr. Hartman works for Management Sciences for Health as the Global Technical Lead for Communicable Diseases and Epidemic Prepardness and the Regional Portfolio Director for East Africa. In this capacity, he both provides communicable disease technical assitance and program management support to projects in E. Africa, including the Sudan Health Transformation Project, Second Phase.
