Biographical Sketch: Rivka Liss-Levinson is the Director of Survey Research at ASTHO. Dr. Liss-Levinson has primary responsibility for the design and implementation of the 2012 ASTHO Profile Survey, develops and implements the Budget Cuts Survey series, and provides technical assistance to staff on additional surveys fielded by ASTHO. Dr. Liss-Levinson earned her doctorate in Applied Social Psychology from the George Washington University, and her BA in Psychology from Brandeis University.
