Biographical Sketch: Dr. Gulzar H. Shah, PhD, MStat, MS, is an Associate Professor at the Jiann-Ping Hsu College of Public Health, Georgia Southern University. His interdisciplinary training and multisector work experience spans over 17 years, with appointments in both academia and public health practice agencies, nationally and internationally. His research interests include: practice-based public health systems and services research, eHealth and public health informatics, research methods, quality of, and access to, healthcare services, gender issues, and MCH.
