Biographical Sketch:
Kristina Rabarison, M.Sc., is a Dr.P.H. student in health services management concentration, at the University of Kentucky – College of Public Health. Currently, she is a research assistant at the National Coordinating Center for Public Health Services and Systems Research. In her present role, Kristina is the NCC for PHSSR contact person to the PHSSR National Advisory Committee; she is actively involved in the PHSSR agenda development and vetting process; and is the PHSSR Mini-Grants Program Co-Coordinator. In 2004, Kristina graduated with a B.S. in Biology from Mississippi College. In 2006, she worked as a graduate intern for the Hurricane Katrina Project – Assessment of the Impact of Hurricane Katrina on Family, Social and Health Support Structures – at the Institute of Epidemiology and Health Services Research at Jackson State University, while completing her M.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences (2008) from the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
