Biographical Sketch: Kathryn Quissell has an MPH in Sociomedical Sciences from Columbia University, an MSc in Health Policy, Planning, and Financing from the London School of Economics and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and she is currently working on her PhD in Public Administration and Policy at American University. Her research interests include the politics of health policy making in low and middle-income countries, with a particular focus on how stigma affects decision-making.
