Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Han is Associate Professor and Director of the PhD program at The Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. As a recognized leader in community-based participatory research, Dr. Han works to reduce health disparities by designing and evaluating innovative community outreach interventions to prevent and manage common chronic conditions such as cancer, hypertension, and diabetes in traditionally underserved ethnic minorities—particularly those with limited English proficiency.
