Biographical Sketch: Nikie Sarris is a public health analyst in RTI’s Community Health Promotion and Research Program. Ms. Sarris received her Masters degree in Public Health at UNC-Chapel Hill. Ms. Sarris was the Project Manager of the federal Block Grant Performance Measures Initiative. Over the course of two years, Ms. Sarris led or contributed to: Block Grant performance measure development, piloting of performance measures, engaging stakeholders, and planning for implementation of the Block Grant performance measurement system.
