Biographical Sketch: Kristin Hoeft is a Research Analyst at the Center to Address Disparities in Children’s Oral Health, known as CAN DO, at the University of California, San Francisco. She has an MPH in Health Behavior and Health Education from UNC, Chapel Hill, and currently she is a PhD student in the Epidemiology and Translational Science program at UCSF. Her research interests include studying social, behavioral and contextual determinants of Latino children’s oral health, with a particular focus on intervention development, evaluation, and dissemination to reduce health disparities and improve oral health for low-income children.
