Biographical Sketch: Elizabeth Feder is an Associate Researcher and Health Policy Analyst at the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute. She directs the Evidence Based Health Policy Project, a knowledge exchange that supports evidence-based decision making by connecting academic researchers with policy makers. Dr. Feder has experience in the non-profit sector, academia, and as a former elected official. Dr. Feder holds a Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
