Biographical Sketch: During her 24 year career, Ms. Sykes has held various health and aging policy positions: Associate Director for the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health; professional staff for the U.S. Special Committee on Aging; U.S. Representative David Obey; & WI State Division of Health. Since 2002, Kathy serves as Senior Advisor for EPA’s Aging Initiative working to raise awareness about health hazards and encourage environmental stewardship. She received MA in Public Policy & Administration,from UW-Madison.
