Biographical Sketch: Theo Lippeveld is a public health physician with more than thirty years of experience in developing countries. Currently he is Deputy Chief of Party of the Rebuilding Basic Health Services (RBHS) project in Liberia and the Vice-President of the International Division at JSI since 2000. He has an MD from the University of Louvain (Belgium) and an MPH from Harvard University (USA). Lippeveld’s main areas of work are health services planning and health information systems.
