Biographical Sketch: Kate Cole conducted this evaluation for her capstone project while earning her MPH at the University of Washington School of Public Health, Community Oriented Public Health Practice Program. Kate graduated from the program in June of this year. She currently works as the Coordinator for the Tobacco Studies Program at the University of Washington in Seattle.
