Biographical Sketch: Ms. Phillips is the Farm to Preschool Project Director at the Urban & Environmental Policy Institute (UEPI) at Occidental College (Los Angeles, CA). She is also an adjunct professor at the college and co-leads the National Farm to Preschool Subcommittee of the National Farm to School Network. She received her B.S. from Cornell University, M.S. from New York University, an MPH from the University of Southern California, and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).
