Biographical Sketch: Ms. Stepanski has a Masters degree in Public Health and has been with the County of San Diego, Health and Human Services Agency, Division of Emergency Medical Services for the past 13 years. She is responsible for ongoing surveillance and data analysis of the countywide Prehospital, STEMI, and Stroke Systems. She also conducts research activities for intermittent studies and grants.
