Biographical Sketch: Julia Fenlon Howland graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with her masters in public health in 2010. She is currently serving as the CDC/CSTE Applied Epidemiology Fellow at the Illinois Department of Public Health in the Division of Infectious Diseases.
