Biographical Sketch: Jillian Fry, PhD, MPH, focused her dissertation research on the political system surrounding animal agriculture regulations in Maryland within the context of the Cheseapeake Bay restoration effort. She now works as the Project Director of the Public Health & Sustainable Aquaculture Project at the Johns Hopkins Center for a Livable Future (CLF). The CLF promotes research and develops and communicates information about the complex interrelationships among diet, food production, environment and human health.
