Biographical Sketch: Dr. Huey-Shys Chen is Chair of Health Promotion, Outcomes, Systems, Policy Department and also the director of DNP Program in the College of Nursing at University of Toledo. Her research focuses on instrument development and psychometric validation. She has also focused on community-based study, specifically on the primary prevention of high-risk behaviors. Dr. Chen has published numerous journal articles related to her research and presented her research widely at research conferences and invited presentations.
