Biographical Sketch: With more than 12 years of Healthcare experience, as well as having a Masters of Science in Information Technology, Alena is currently MCR-ARC's electronic reporting software support analyst. Previously, Alena worked for a LIS (Laboratory Information System) software vendor as a technical support representative, installer and trainer.
