Biographical Sketch:
Betsy Eastwood is an Associate Professor at Brooklyn College and the City University of New York's School of Public Health, where she teaches health policy. She has been conducted evaluations of programs to treat people with HIV/AIDS and to improve clinical outcomes for 20 years.
