Biographical Sketch: Dr. Holmes is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Spelman College. Before working Spelman College, Dr. Holmes worked at Harvard School of Public Health and was a Steven M. Teutsch Post-Doctoral Fellow at the the Centers for Disease control where she conducted economic evaluations on HIV/AIDS Prevention and Treatment Erograms among African and African American Populations.
