Biographical Sketch: Dr. Kyusuk Chung is an Associate Professor and the Chair of the Gerontology Program at the California State University, Northridge. Dr. Chung with a background of Health Policy/Planning and Health Informatics does research in issues related to end of life care and health informatics. He has focused on racial disparity in hospice care and care giver issues. Lately he is trying to increase awareness of Hospice care among Mexican American in Greater Los Angeles
