Biographical Sketch: Brian C. Martin, Ph.D., MBA is Associate Professor in the Department of Public Health and Coordinator of the Master of Public Health program, College of Public Health, at East TN State University. He has taught undergraduate and graduate students, provided service activities, and conducted research in the area of health services administration for over 10 years. Prior to entering academia, Dr. Martin performed strategic planning and new business development in a large non-profit hospital. He lives in Johnson City, TN with his wife, Rebecca, and two children – Sophia and Luke.
