Biographical Sketch: Dr. Caldwell has been the Principal Investigator of multiple federally-funded projects focusing on treatment and prevention of substance abuse, HIV, and related issues. She has a doctorate in Public Policy; and, as part of an NIH-supported research project, studied computerized screening as a tool for enhancing disclosure of risk behaviors. Seeing the potential of this innovative technology, she founded Research Circle Associates to fill a market niche in research-based assessment technology.
