Biographical Sketch:
Katie Lane is an epidemiologist in the Bureau of Environmental Surveillance and Policy at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where she has been conducting analyses of the public health impacts of climate change, including rising summer temperatures and heat waves. She has an MPH in epidemiology from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University, and completed the CDC/CSTE Applied Epidemiology Fellowship program.
