Biographical Sketch: Robin Pendley is currently an Assistant Professor of Health Services, Management, and Policy at East Tennessee State University. She received her doctorate at the University of Kentucky where she worked as a research assistant in the National Coordinating Center for PHSSR and Center of Excellence in Public Health Workforce Research and Policy. Her research interests include public health systems and services, public health workforce, quality improvement, and practice based research.
