Biographical Sketch: Theresa Covington is the Director of the National Center for the Review and Prevention of Child Deaths. She also manages the case reporting system for the SUID Case Registry. She served a a author and trainer for the CDC’s SUID Training Academy. She managed Michigan’s CDR and FIMR for ten years. She has over thirty-five years of experience in community-based MCH programs and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Michigan
