Biographical Sketch: Sean Finnegan joined the Robert Graham Center in August of 2010 as the Research and GIS Data Manager. He is currently enrolled in the Geographic and Cartographic Information Systems Masters program at George Mason University. Sean attended the University of Missouri, Kansas City and received his bachelor’s degree in Geography in 2005.
