Biographical Sketch: I ran a small town family practice for 28 years and served as County Health Officer for 18 years and was active in the leadership of the California Conference of Local Health Officers in Sacramento. In 2012 I helped develop Stanford Coordinated Care (SCC). SCC is capitated for primary care of Stanford employees and dependents with chronic health conditions. We work as a team to help patients navigate care and gain skills to be healthy.
