Biographical Sketch: John Hoornbeek is an Associate Professor of Health Policy and Management at Kent State University. His past appointments include assignments with the Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Congress, and the National Environmental Services Center at West Virginia University. His research and teaching interests lie in public management and environmental policy, and he has published research in a range of peer reviewed and professional outlets.
