Biographical Sketch: Marlene Wilken is an associate professor at Creighton University. She teaches public health to undergraduate students in both nursing and health administration. Dr. Wilken has served as a member of the Douglas County Board of Health, Omaha, NE since 1998 and has been an elected member of the NALBOH board of directors since 2007.
