Biographical Sketch: Dr Rachel Jones has been principal investigator of multiple federally funded grants focusing on HIV prevention in urban women, and smartphones to promote health. She is Associate Professor at Northeastern University, School of Nursing and Faculty Scholar at the Institute on Urban Health Research at Northeastern University. Her primary scientific interests are reducing women’s HIV risk through innovative methods and theories. Dr Jones is a fellow in the American Academy of Nursing.
