Biographical Sketch: Nidhi Khosla is a PhD candidate in the Department of Health, Behavior and Society at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health where she is funded by a Sommer Scholarship awarded by the school. She earned her Master in Public Health degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill under a Rotary World Peace Fellowship and a Certificate in International Development Policy from Duke University. She also has a Master in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand, India.
Ms Khosla’s dissertation is titled, “A mixed-method study of collaboration among HIV service agencies in Baltimore city”. Her interests lie in HIV prevention and care and prevention of violence against women, both in the US and globally. Ms Khosla has worked in India for five and a half years on programs of reproductive and sexual health and poverty alleviation.
