Biographical Sketch: Margaret Beaudry has been Director of Performance Management and Quality Improvement at PHF since March 2011. She oversees PHF activities related to facilitating the understanding and effective use of performance management and quality improvement in public health settings. Julia Gray, Project Manager, joined PHF in December 2007. She is responsible for managing the Turning Point Performance Management Framework refresh project and oversees a wide variety of activities.
