Biographical Sketch: Lisa Benz Scott is the Director of the Program in Public Health at Stony Brook University Health Sciences Center, and Associate Professor in the School of Medicine. She is an alumnus of the W.K. Kellogg Community Health Scholars Program, at the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health, from 2000 to 2002. The work Lisa is presenting this morning reflects a ten-year commitment to a project initiated during her post-doctoral training.
