Biographical Sketch: George is a native of Chicago, Illinois. Currently, George serves as Community Relations Director for the Center for Community Health and Vitality and the South Side Health and Vitality Studies of the University of Chicago. His areas of interest in public health are spirituality/religious beliefs and its affect on health behaviors and health outcomes; psycho-social determinants of infant mortality among African Americans and community-based participatory research.
