Biographical Sketch: Syed Noor is a Post Doctoral Associate at the HIV/STI Intervention & Prevention (HIPS) Program, University of Minnesota School of Public Health. He earned a master’s degree in cultural anthropology and a master in public health sciences degree from Wichita State University. Last May, he completed his PhD in behavioral sciences at the University of Texas School of Public Health. His current research effort focuses on social determinants of high-risk behaviors among intravenous drug users.
